INTRODUCING EDUARDO

A mindset built on the basics

Eduardo’s approach to training is simple, but demanding. His mindset is rooted in consistency and discipline. Instead of chasing shortcuts or flashy results, he focuses on doing the basics well, day after day. He understands that real progress takes time, and that strength, both physical and mental, is built through patience and repetition.

For Eduardo, training is not just about personal performance. It is also about influence. By showing up consistently and training with intent, he aims to motivate others to push themselves and show the best version of who they can be.

Training as a collective effort

Eduardo is not part of a traditional or formally organized team. Instead, he trains within a group of athletes who come together regularly, each following their own specific training path. While everyone has individual goals and routines, the group shares a common standard and mentality.

What brings them together are shared challenges. These challenges are designed so that everyone participates, regardless of skill level. It creates accountability, connection, and a strong sense of unity. The group has been training together consistently since 2024, building trust and discipline through shared effort.

Stay Hard and Always Forward

Eduardo is part of two training groups: Stay Hard and Always Forward.

Stay Hard is open to anyone who wants to be part of the movement. Its purpose is to motivate, inspire, and push people to commit to training and self-improvement. It serves as an entry point for athletes who want to test their discipline and show up consistently.

Always Forward is different. It is a private group where entry is earned, not given. New members are only accepted if the entire group agrees. Before joining, candidates must pass a series of tests and challenges that prove not just physical ability, but mindset, commitment, and resilience.

One of the visible distinctions between the two groups is symbolic. Members of Always Forward train wearing a mask, representing anonymity, unity, and the idea that the work matters more than the individual. Stay Hard members train without a mask, reinforcing its open and inclusive nature.

Despite these differences, both groups train together in the same place, pushing one another while respecting individual training styles.

Individual paths, shared standards

Although they train side by side, every athlete within the group follows their own specific program. This balance between individuality and collective discipline is what defines Eduardo’s environment. Everyone is responsible for their own progress, but no one trains alone.

This structure creates a powerful culture where accountability, respect, and effort are non-negotiable.

Moving forward, always

Eduardo’s story reflects a core truth of calisthenics and bodyweight training. Progress is not built overnight. It is earned through discipline, repetition, and the willingness to keep moving forward, even when no one is watching.

By staying consistent, embracing challenges, and training within a community that values effort over ego, Eduardo embodies what it means to train with purpose.
